Our Six Step Scaling System
Locating Homeowners
Step 1 is finding your customers. This, in all honesty, is the easy part. We use paid advertising on meta to find homeowners.
Qualifying Homeowners
Step 2 is qualifying your customers, this is where the magic begins. We qualify the homeowners to ensure they are in line with your qualification checklist and standards.
Appointment Setting
Step 3 is actually booking the appointment directly into your personal calendar. Both you and the customer gets reminders leading up to the initial site visit.
Customer Follow Up
Step 4 is how we're different. We handle the follow up on the customers, handle their objections, and get a start date out of them to increase close rates. Once a start date is gathered, we let them know how to go about sending the deposit and where to send the contract to.
Review Collection
Step 5 happens when you finish up the job and deliver a great finished product. We send a google review request right to the customer to get their feedback on our process. The review is uploaded directly to google to further increase your social proof and presence.
Referral Program
Step 6 is here to tie it all together. After your customers have had their home renovated, it is time to see if they have anyone else they know looking to remodel their house. We offer a kickback to the referrer if the referral goes through with the project, increasing our chances of getting the best types of leads: referrals.
